What we install

Five finishes, one standard of prep

Every system starts the same way — diamond grinding the slab to a proper profile, repairing cracks and spalls, then building the coating in layers. The finish is your choice. The foundation underneath it isn't negotiable.

01

Flake epoxy floors

Full-broadcast Torginol vinyl flake locked under a clear polyaspartic topcoat. The workhorse finish — hides slab imperfections, hides dirt, and shrugs off dropped tools and hot tires.

  • Garages
  • Shops
  • Mudrooms
  • Commercial
02

Metallic epoxy floors

Reflective metallic pigments moved by hand while the resin is wet, so no two floors repeat. Deep, liquid, three-dimensional — the finish people stop and stare at.

  • Basements
  • Showrooms
  • Living space
  • Bars
03

Solid color epoxy

Clean, uniform, high-build color in a single tone. The efficient choice for equipment rooms, storage buildings and anywhere the priority is a sealed, easy-to-mop slab.

  • Warehouses
  • Storage
  • Utility rooms
04

Epoxy countertops

Poured over your existing counters or a fresh substrate and hand-veined to read like natural stone. A seamless, non-porous surface at a fraction of a slab replacement.

  • Kitchens
  • Vanities
  • Bar tops
  • Islands
05

Micro cement

Hand-troweled cementitious layers just millimetres thick — seamless over floors, walls, showers and stairs. Matte, tactile and continuous, with no grout lines anywhere.

  • Walls
  • Floors
  • Stairs
Prep

The part nobody sees is the part that fails

Coating failure is almost always a bond failure. We diamond grind to bare, open concrete, chase and fill cracks, patch spalled edges, and moisture-test slabs before a drop of resin goes down. It adds a day. It buys you a decade.

Instant estimate

Ballpark your project in about 30 seconds

Pick a system, set the square footage, tell us what the slab looks like. You'll get a real installed range — not a "call for pricing" dead end. Every quote gets confirmed on site before any work is booked.

1. Which system?
2. How much area? floor sq ft
3. What shape is the surface in?
4. Anything extra? Optional

Add-on pricing

Published rates, added on top of the floor price. Steps and wall footage are counted on site and priced per unit — everything else is priced per square foot of the coated area.

    Flake studio

Try Torginol blends on a floor before you commit

These are the Torginol blends we broadcast most often in the valley. Tap one to see it rendered at floor scale and in macro detail, then send your favorite over with your quote request.

    Limestone

    Torginol FB-4111

Rendered approximation. Chip size, density and topcoat gloss all shift how a blend reads in a real room — ask for a physical sample board before you make the final call.

    Pick a blend

Filter by Torginol collection, then choose a blend.

Screens can't reproduce vinyl flake exactly, and lighting changes everything. We bring physical Torginol sample boards to every walk-through so you can set them down on your own slab, in your own light, before anything gets ordered.

    How a job runs

    No mystery, no surprise invoices

    01

    Walk-through

We measure, moisture-test the slab, look at cracks and drains, and set physical samples down in your own light.

    02

    Fixed quote

One written price covering prep, materials and labor, with the system and blend spelled out. No allowances.

    03

    Grind & repair

Diamond grinding to bare profile with dust extraction, then cracks, spalls and joints repaired and shaped.

    04

    Build the system

Primer, body coat, broadcast or pigment work, then the clear topcoat — each layer inside its window.

    05

    Cure & hand off

Walk-on the same evening on most floors, vehicles back after the cure window, plus care instructions.

    What goes on your slab

We buy materials we're willing to warranty

Coatings are only as good as the resin and the chip. We standardized on two lines and stayed there, so our mix ratios, cure windows and recoat times are second nature instead of guesswork.

    Decorative flake

    Torginol vinyl flake

Torginol has been making decorative vinyl flake for decades, with blends organized into collections — Hybrid Stone, Terrazzo, Marble and more — plus solid colors for custom mixes.

    • Named, repeatable blends with product codes, so a future repair actually matches
    • Consistent chip size and color batch to batch
    • Custom blends possible when a stock option isn't quite right
    • Physical sample boards brought to every walk-through

    Resin systems

    Diamond Coat epoxy

Our resin comes from Diamond Coat, a Colorado manufacturer out of Grand Junction — a 100% solids, zero-VOC epoxy poured directly over the existing surface. Sticking with one resin family means predictable pot life, recoat windows and cure schedules.

    • 100% solids, zero VOC — no solvent smell in the house during install
    • UV-resistant, color-stable pigment line that won't yellow or fade
    • Non-porous and seamless — no grout lines, no annual re-sealing
    • Heat resistant to 500°F and food-safe once fully cured on countertops
    • Cures roughly five times harder than the concrete underneath
100%Solids content — nothing shrinks away as it cures
0 VOCNo solvent odor, safe to occupy once cured
500°FHeat resistance on finished countertop surfaces
Harder than the concrete slab underneath

The Diamond Coat products we actually pour

Product Where it goes Why we reach for it
FX Gloss Epoxy Floors — colored and clear flood coats Our workhorse body coat. Thicker consistency, roughly 50 sq ft per gallon on a flood coat.
Ultra Flex Epoxy Colored flood coats, cold-weather work More fluid and builds mil thickness easily. Cures in cooler rooms, which matters in a Colorado winter.
Non-Sag Wall Epoxy Vertical walls, shower surrounds, patching Holds on vertical surfaces without running, so wall and cove work stays sharp.
Black Label Epoxy Multi-color metallics and dirty pours Longer working time, so complex veining and blends can be worked without rushing.
Urethane topcoat Garages, shops, high-traffic floors Goes over the flood coat for traffic and motor-oil resistance. Traction powder or glass bead available.
SuperTraxx sand system Driveways, patios, pool decks, spalled concrete Textured non-slip coating that fills fractures and saw cuts and shrugs off snowmelt chemicals.
Micro cement Floors, walls, counters, showers Thin cement-based finish with a soft matte, natural-stone feel when epoxy gloss isn't the look.

Typical schedule on a floor: flood coat cures within 24 hours, walk on it at 48, furniture back a couple of days after that. Product data is published by the manufacturer at diamondcoatepoxy.com; we're happy to send the sheet for the exact system quoted on your job.
